CSF Universal Triple Pass Dual Core Radiator w/AN Fittings

CSF's Triple-Pass R-1 Competition Radiator sets the standard for professional-level cooling in any type of motorsports build. Lab-tested in our state-of-the-art testing facilities using industry-leading procedures, including wind-tunnel, vibration, thermal-cycle, and burst-pressure testing. Universal fit allows mounting in multiple configurations. The triple-pass flow structure allows coolant to flow across the radiator core three times before exiting, achieving the lowest possible outlet temperatures. This radiator features a two-row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a standard oval-shaped "O"-type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube shaped like a "B." These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed along the seam to seal them. CSF can use thinner and lighter aluminum material with better cooling efficiency because this design is actually stronger than conventional welded "O"-shaped tubes. The design, with the inlet in the middle of the seam-brazed tube, increases the tubes' heat-transfer surface area by approximately 15% over standard tubes, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes versus one large tube within the same space. With "B-tubes," you get dual liquid laminar flow. CSF also uses ultra-efficient multilouvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, then tested for maximum heat-rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.
